American Limousines, Inc., a well-known Baltimore-based transportation company, is looking for a friendly, well-organized team player to assist our Sales Director in the development and implementation of social media, marketing, and sales strategies. This position will promote the company’s luxury transportation services online, over the phone and in person, as well as manage the company’s Affiliates program and manage the company's social media accounts.
Strategic Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with Sales Director to fully understand marketing needs.
  • Presents ideas and recommendations to Sales Director.
  • Manages our Affiliates program and partnerships.
  • Attends local marketing and sales events, as assigned.

Web-Based Marketing:
  • Continuously promotes our brands in a positive, effective manner.
  • Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales, revenue, and brand awareness.
  • Develops and expands company’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources.
  • Assists in web design and development and optimizes SEO to improve algorithm and company site rankings.
  • Ensures the CRM provides an effective sales funnel through daily and weekly maintenance and collaboration.

Lead Generation:
  • Collaborates with Sales Director to establish lead generation plan utilizing web-based marketing, cold-calling and referral network.
  • Creates and delivers Lead Sheets to the Sales Director for any appointments set.
  • Prepares and presents weekly and monthly productivity and sales reports to Sales Director.

Requirements:
  • Positive outlook, analytical skills, creativity, flexibility, diligence, time-management and communication skills are essential.
  • Web development/SEO optimization and social media skills are necessary.
  • Verifiable content creation on social media and/or website design is required.
  • Experience in graphic design and CRM management is helpful.
  • Some college or trade school is helpful.
